Boot camp. It sounds like we're going to scream "Get down and give me 20!" We won't. But we are going to push you. This is an outdoor workout of lunges, squats, obstacle courses, jump rope, sprints, pushups, weightlifting and more. We mix it up each day, challenging different muscle groups and keeping it fun. You'll see results you wouldn't get on your own.
