Welcome to VyAyr Fitness. We offer a fun-filled four-week boot camp in
San Francisco, just for women. Our program is designed to improve your
physical fitness and mental well-being. You bring the hand-weights, a
yoga mat and a water bottle, and we'll provide ever-changing fitness workouts,
challenging obstacle courses and plenty of encouragement.
Boot camp benefits include:

Our original location at historic Crissy Field will wake you up with sweeping views of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. There are gravel paths to run on, shaded areas for ab work and built-in benches where you’ll do dips or step-ups, all while listening to the caw of seagulls. Boot camp is conveniently located just minutes away from neighborhoods like the Marina, Cow Hollow, Pacific Heights, Russian Hill, the Haight and the Richmond, not to mention Marin, and there’s plenty of free parking.
Our newest location in bustling South Beach is a great boot camp alternative for people who live on the other side of San Francisco. Pass by the ballpark and cross the 4th Street Bridge to Channel Street. There’s nothing quite like going for a jog through Mission Creek Park while watching the sun come up over the Bay. If you live in a San Francisco neighborhood like SoMA, Potrero Hill, the Mission, China Basin, Nob Hill, the Sunset, or even the East Bay, this might be the most convenient location for you. Close to the Bay Bridge and to HWY 101 on/off ramps. There is plenty of free street parking here too.
