VyAyr Fitness Pilates will stretch and strengthen the whole body! We focus on core muscles, also known as “The Powerhouse” of the body, as well as the back and spine. We will focus on connecting the breath to each movement and performing exercises to lengthen, strengthen, and elongate your body while increasing core strength and stability.
With over 500 exercises to choose from, we will design a program that fits your needs and goals and refine the program during each session. Pilates exercises emphasize quality, not quantity which makes it a safe and effective workout for all levels of fitness from beginner to avid athlete.
