“Before VyAyr, I would find it hard to stick to any workout routine, mainly because I was always too tired after work to make it to the gym. I needed something that would force me out of bed to get done with my workout before work, and in a setting where I couldn’t chicken out of my workout halfway through it. I read about VyAyr online and decided to give it a shot. After only a week, I knew I was hooked! There are so many things I like about VyAyr:

“I used to work out 1-3 times a week running or doing step classes. I was able to maintain my weight and fitness level, but I never really felt challenged, super motivated or even sore. I needed to up the ante. A friend of mine said that after trying a few different boot camps, she felt that VyAyr was the most consistently challenging workout. Immediately from day one, I felt a difference. First of all, the women-only concept is great, because at 5:30 in the morning, I really don’t want to care if I look crazy or if I had to wear my dorky workout outfit because it’s laundry day. Secondly, the workouts are fun and interesting — you never do the same thing twice, making you use new muscles almost every day. My muscles actually finally felt sore, in a great way! Also, I’m so impressed with Kristi’s energy level and her eagle eye for proper form. She can check you out and correct you from a mile away. But above all else, the proof is in the pudding: At the end of four weeks, I had lost 2% in body fat. I eventually dropped a jean size, too. With VyAyr, I actually want to go to class, I actually feel sore, and I see results. What more can you ask for?”

“VyAyr boot camp is a great way to get your exercise in early and meet a great group of girls with all different fitness levels who range in age from early 20s to early 60s. I have been a camper off and on for 2 ½ years, and I keep coming back because boot camp is challenging, different every day you go, and it has a lot of flexibility. Kristi and her coaches provide low-impact options for those of us with injuries and ensure good form to prevent injury. You work to your individual ability, but there’s a little friendly competition when it comes to sprints (who doesn’t want to catch the girl in front of her?). Kristi and her team have great energy and are so encouraging. They have kept me motivated with constantly changing activities so I don’t get bored. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“I have historically been a pretty fit person. But when I went back to school full time while working full time, exercise just wasn’t part of my routine. I became lazy and got heavy — to the point where I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. After starting my first session with Kristi I finally got re-inspired. I wouldn’t say that I’m jumping for joy when I’m up at 5 a.m., but damn I feel good when I’m done for the day at 6:30 a.m. I now have more energy and more drive, and I have even dropped 3 dress sizes! I just signed up for my first half-marathon, and I could barely run a half-mile a few months ago. I’m pretty positive that I’m a lifer at VyAyr. Kristi is funny and gets you to work harder than you want to without making you hate her. The women in the sessions are a wide variety of ages and backgrounds and all are very nice. If you try a four-week session, you’ll probably be a lifer, too.”
