Yoga, which literally translated means union or to join, has a different meaning for everyone. VyAyr Fitness Yoga blends the spiritual practice with a physical practice to create a workout for your mind, body and soul. Our program is based on Hatha Yoga, the active limb of the 8 limbs of Yoga, blending strength, balance, flexibility and breath. We focus on body alignment and the breath to guide you purposefully through each pose of your practice.
